Your invoice comes by email. 50% holds your date and is non-refundable.

Party bundles include chocolate-covered treats only. Candy apples are available as an add-on for an additional charge.
Designs are kept simple yet elegant. Custom requests and add-ons are quoted separately.

i. Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add treats from The Treats to your order sheet and pick your date. B.'s order form then opens with your treats filled in: add your name and contact details and submit. An invoice with your order details and payment instructions comes by email. Prefer to start from scratch? Use the order form.

How far ahead should I order?

Party bundles: at least 3–4 weeks ahead. Lead time for everyday orders

Can I order last-minute?

Orders needed within 24–48 hours may be accepted based on availability, with a $10 rush fee.

Can you match my party colours?

Yes. Choose a colour theme for each treat, or pick a custom theme and describe it in the notes, e.g. "pink and purple Hello Kitty theme" or "3 blue-and-white marble, 3 plain white".

Can you add names or words?

Yes. Chocolate letters and molds can spell a name or a saying like "I love you". The custom dozen of strawberries includes them.

ii. Payment

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit confirms every order. For party bundles it's due within 24–48 hours of receiving your invoice. The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery.

Is the deposit refundable?

No. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

How can I pay?

Accepted payment apps or methods (Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, etc.)

iii. Pickup & delivery

Where is pickup?

North Charlotte (28262). The exact address and instructions are sent with your invoice.

Do you deliver?

Yes, around Charlotte. Delivery is complimentary on orders of $100+ within 5–10 miles. 10–15 miles is $10, 15+ miles is $15 and up, and Raleigh or long distance is $50.

What about allergies?

Allergen statement, e.g. which common allergens your kitchen handles.

How should I store my treats?

Storage tips, e.g. keep strawberries in the fridge and enjoy within 24–48 hours.
